Ajay Nair founded Nair Innovations, Inc. in 1997 with head quarters in Columbus, Ohio primarily focusing the company's efforts in retail of leather apparel & accessories under the brand name "Mischief-The Quality Leather". Nair Innovations has successfully operated in Eleven Malls and now have two permanent stores named "Mischief" & 'Ohio Buckeye Connection" at the Columbus Convention Center. Also, Nair Innovations continues to operate seasonal stores in malls each year under "Mischief-The Quality Leather". The company has expanded operations into different segments such as Market Entry Consulting, Recruiting Services, E&P Consulting and Well Log Digitizing in recent years.

Akshay Nair spearheads all operations at Nair Innovations, Inc and has been the key to expanding operations for Nair Innovations outside of the retail industry. Akshay started his professional career in 2003 after receiving an Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and has been engaged in upstream Oil/Gas, Retail and Market Entry Consulting Industry. Akshay worked for the largest oilfield service company, Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB); firstly as an engineer working in the oilfields followed by promotions into management, business development & personnel. Also, Akshay has coached, mentored & formally presented at various prestigious universities in US such as MIT, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Duke, UT-Austin, Ohio State, Penn State etc. in regards to the oil & gas industry.

Shikha Nair has more than 8 years of recruiting experience & her areas of specialty include recruitment training, client relationship development, recruitment sales, team building and operational delivery. Prior to Nair Innovations, she worked in IT consulting and staffing firms in Central Ohio. Shikha provides strategic direction to both her clients & teams ensuring operational delivery through the S.M.A.R.T approach.

Mudit Tandon is a seasoned professional in the field of International Business, Franchising, Business Strategy and Hospitality Management. Mudit brings with him a rich experience of over 10 years of managing International teams and projects and helped various companies expand operations into India. His prior experience has been working for industry leading companies in India and is currently the CEO of Menumate India.

Anshuman has nineteen years of experience in operations and management in Hospitality, Pre Operations, MIS & Business Development. Core areas of strength are People management, Vendor management, Audit, Compliance and Operational Set up.

Currently, Anshuman is head of operations and overall responsible for adapting international best practices in casual dinning to the Indian Consumers at Stellar Concepts. The company had rights to develop Chili’s, Cinnabon and Auntie Annie in various territories in India.

Prior to joining Stellar Concepts, Anshuman was Head – F&B and Pre Operations for Cinepolis in India, Cinepolis is 4th Largest Cinema Exhibitions Company with Headquarters in Morelia, Mexico. Anshuman was instrumental in opening 17 cinemas in India along with rolling out Coffee Tree - Cinema Coffee Shops and Cinepolis VIP (Restaurant on Seat Concept) during his tenure of 4 years at Cinepolis.

Prior to Cinepolis, Anshuman was Vice President with Chimes Group, a venture of USD $1.5 Billion. (NSE: PUNJLLOYD). The company is in Hospitality, Real Estate, IT, Aviation & Education.

Prior to Chimes Group, Anshuman was Associate Vice President with TGI Fridays in India; he was heading TGI Fridays Operations in India reporting directly to The President & CEO of the company.
