 Ajay Nair founded Nair Innovations, Inc. in 1997 with head quarters in Columbus, Ohio primarily focusing the company's efforts in retail of leather apparel & accessories under the brand name "Mischief-The Quality Leather". Nair Innovations has successfully operated in Eleven Malls and now have two permanent stores named "Mischief" & 'Ohio Buckeye Connection" at the Columbus Convention Center. Also, Nair Innovations continues to operate seasonal stores in malls each year under "Mischief-The Quality Leather". The company changed it's focus in 2012 from retail to recruiting & staff augmentation under the parent name of Nair Innovations, Inc. and Digitizing Services under the trade name Global Digitize (www.globaldigitize.com) after Akshay Nair's commitment was confirmed to join the family business. |

Prior to Nair Innovations, he spent 8 years in the oil & gas industry working for Schlumberger in Engineering, Management, Sales & Recruiting. Akshay has recruited engineers from several top universities such as MIT, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Duke, Penn State, UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara & UT Austin. His passion in recruiting and the oil & gas industry stemmed from his experience at Schlumberger and has brought his knowledge & expertise back into the family business to establish Nair Innovations as a premier recruiting company. |
