 Ajay Nair founded Nair Innovations, Inc. in 1997 with head quarters in Columbus, Ohio primarily focusing the company's efforts in retail of leather apparel & accessories under the brand name "Mischief-The Quality Leather". Nair Innovations has successfully operated in Eleven Malls and now have two permanent stores named "Mischief" & 'Ohio Buckeye Connection" at the Columbus Convention Center. Also, Nair Innovations continues to operate seasonal stores in malls each year under "Mischief-The Quality Leather".
