| Ajay's professional career began in 1969 and over the past 40+ years, he has developed extensive management expertise and has run successful business ventures in varied industries. A graduate of Marine Engineering College, he worked as Chief Engineer with Shipping Corporation of India before venturing into consulting in shipping, offshore & Heavy Engineering with Lloyds Register of Shipping. In real estate, his accomplishments include building the Gwalior Airport of India, residential multistory buildings in both Mumbai & New Delhi along with commercial real-estate in Ohio. He also owned & managed a travel & tourism company in New Delhi, India. |

| Akshay Nair spearheads all operations at Nair Innovations, Inc. as the President & COO. Akshay started his professional career in 2003 after receiving an Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and has been engaged in upstream Oil/Gas & Retail Industry. Akshay worked for the largest oilfield service company, Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB); firstly as an engineer working in the oilfields followed by promotions into management, business development & personnel. Akshay has coached, mentored & formally presented at various prestigious universities in US such as MIT, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Duke, UT-Austin, Ohio State etc. in regards to the oil & gas industry. |

He has served as the Chair, Board member and Patron of various International and National organizations like Association of Petroleum Geologists, Energistics, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), SPWLA, and many more. |
